All evils of Tamil Nadu Can be nullified if Education and Employability has been made free. But at this instance it is practically very difficult..

Instead the government can implement a scheme providing 30% reservation for native people of Tamilnadu who does not claim their caste. And remaining 70%  reservation for native people of Tamilnadu who claims their caste..

And it is easy for the government to get the details just by linking aadhaar card with caste certificate..

And in this 70% , there should be a sub reservation of OC/BC/BCM/MBC/SC/SCA/ST based strictly on population of people between ages of 18 and 58..

And in all these 100% reservation a valid weightage ought to be given backward economic classes with all its priority(ex service men, women, etc) means., 

By 2020 the ratio between casteless and caste may be 30:70.

But by 2120 it would be 70:30..

This will perish all economic-socio evil..
